TICKET SERVICE CHARGES
Single Tickets
$1.50 per ticket for sales made in-person and by phone
$2.50 per ticket for sales made online
Subscription Tickets
$9.00 per subscription order
The Southern Theater is pleased to offer some of the lowest service charges in town. Service charges help support general box office operation.
GROUP SALES
Bring your family, student group, co-workers or clients to the Southern Theater. Groups of 10 or more receive 20% discount off of tickets to most performances. For every 15 tickets, receive a complimentary group leader ticket. Please read the
Group FAQs for helpful information.

TICKET POLICIES
All performances, casting and programming subject to change without notice.
CAN’T USE YOUR TICKETS
Exchange your tickets up to 24 hours in advance of the performance. Exchanges have a $3/ticket exchange fee- free for Southern Members. Patrons exchanging to a ticket of greater value must pay the difference.
REFUNDS
We regret that refunds cannot be made. All ticket sales are considered final upon receipt of cash, check or credit card.
LATE ARRIVAL
Performances start promptly on time. Latecomers will be seated by an usher at an appropriate time designated by artistic staff.
CHILDREN
For the majority of performances, it is recommended that children be at least 8. All children must have a ticket to enter the theater. Infants are not allowed at performances.
ELECTRONIC DEVICES
Photography and recording devices are prohibited inside the theater at all times. In respect for the performers and fellow audience members, we request that all phones be turned off before entering the theater.
PERFORMANCE CANCELATION POLICY
In the rare event a performance is canceled, the box office will contact ticket holders to reschedule tickets for another performance. Refunds will not be given; exchange fees and price differences will be waived.
