General Manager

Position Description:

The Executive Director is responsible for the business and administrative aspects of the organization, including finances, budgeting, human resources, strategic planning, and operations. The Executive Director is responsible for fundraising through the supervision and direction of the development team lead. The Executive Director is responsible for public relations, marketing, and community building through supervision and direction of the outreach team lead. In coordination with the Southern Theater’s Artistic Directors, the Executive Director is responsible for establishing and meeting revenue goals for artistic programming. The Southern Theater’s Artistic Directors report directly to the Board of Directors.

Marketing Coordinator

Position Description:

Functioning as the Southern Theater’s marketing coordination and a member of the Southern Theater’s internal leadership team the marketing assistant is primarily concerned with the promotion of ARTshare programming, special events, fundraising events, the management of online communications, coordination of theatre photography, the management of CRM, and execution of marketing strategy. It is the primary concern of the marketing assistant to ensure social media, email, website copy, and other marketing materials are accurate, timely, and effective.
