Two iconic love stories—Shakespeare’s ROMEO & JULIET and the timeless BEAUTY & THE BEAST—told side-by-side in modern adaptations.
Visionary Brooklyn-based director/designer JOSEPH WILLIAMS brings together a singular ensemble led by ANN ELIZABETH MEKALA (Juliet//Belle) and NICK FURLONG (Romeo//Beast), each actor performing both roles in alternating shows.
In a world shaped by hatred and fear, two unlikely lovers, bound by circumstance, discover a powerful connection. Together, they defy the forces keeping them apart, risking everything for a love that could change them—forever.
Two plays. One journey.
Content Warning: Adult themes, violence, sexual content, and suicide.
