Concerto Dance returns to the Southern Theater for Seasons, featuring modern and jazz dance works driven by musicality and virtuosity that aim to uplift the human spirit. The program includes a new work by visiting guest artist Bill Wade, as well as new modern and jazz dance works by Artistic Director Jolene Konkel, featuring a preview of Tradition, a new jazz dance work set to selections from the Fiddler on the Roof score, and the full-length premiere of Seasons Suite set to Vivaldi’s Four Seasons recomposed. Performed by Hannah Albers, Hunter Batterson, Malia Craft, Timothy Herian, Doug Hooker, Sara Karimi, Shannon Mulcahy, Jake Nehrbass, and apprentices Allison Durham and Nate Stevens.
